F. AGENDA ITEMS
1. THE BUDGET OFFICER INTENDS TO STATE THAT A PROPOSED PROPERTY TAX INCREASE IS INCLUDED IN THE FY2027 TENTATIVE BUDGET. Shane Williamson, Town Treasurer, will give a statement of intent that a proposed property tax increase is included in the FY2027 Tentative Budget.
2. STATEMENT OF THE BUDGET OFFICER THAT THE FISCAL YEAR 2027 TENTATIVE BUDGET INCLUDES A PROPOSED PROPERTY TAX INCREASE. Shane Williamson, Town Treasurer, will give a statement that a proposed property tax increase is included in the FY2027 Tentative Budget.
3. PRESENTATION OF THE PROPERTY TAX IMPACT SCHEDULE. Shane Williamson, Town Treasurer, will present and make available the Property Tax Impact Schedule related to the proposed property increase included in the Fiscal Year 2027 Tentative Budget.
4. PRESENTATION OF AND RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FISCAL YEAR 2027 TENTATIVE BUDGET AND TENTATIVE PROPERTY TAX IMPACT SCHEDULE AND CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING AND RELATED MATTERS. The Council will consider a resolution adopting the FY2027 Tentative Budget and Property Tax Impact Schedule and calling for a public hearing.
5. RESOLUTION ACKNOWLEDGING THE STATEMENT OF INTENT FROM THE BUDGET OFFICER REGARDING THE FY 2027 TENTATIVE BUDGET, PROPOSED PROPERTY TAX INCREASE, AND PROPOSED PROPERTY TAX IMPACT SCHEDULE AND RELATED MATTERS. Shane Williamson, Town Treasurer. The Council will consider a resolution acknowledging the Budget Officers' statement of intent for a proposed property tax increase and the proposed property tax impact schedule.
6. RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO INCREASE PROPERTY TAX REVENUE AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR TRUTH IN TAXATION AND RELATED MATTERS. Shane Williamson, Town Treasurer. The Council will consider a resolution to increase property taxes and calling for a Truth in Taxation public hearing to be scheduled in August 2026. .
7. RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE TRANSPORTATION UTILITY FEE (TUF) AND CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING AND OTHER RELATED MATTERS. Shane Williamson, Town Treasurer. The Council will consider a resolution noticing the intent to adopt a TUF fee and setting a public hearing date. .
8. RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FISCAL YEAR 2027 STRATEGIC PLAN. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will consider a resolution adopting the FY2027 Strategic Plan
9. ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PUBLIC WORK STANDARDS. Jared Tubbs, Public Works Director. The Council will consider an ordinance amending the Public Works Standards for Brian Head Town.
10. BRIAN HEAD 2026 STREETS PROJECT BID AWARD. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will consider awarding a contract for the 2026 Streets Project for the Woodbridge Subdivision.
11. SPECIAL ASSESSMENT AREAS; BRIAN HEAD UNIT 3 AND ELK DRIVE IMPACT FEE WAIVER REQUEST. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will consider whether to waive the water impact fees for the Brian Head Unit 3 and Elk Drive Special Assessment Areas.
12. MEMORIAL PLAZA DESIGN INPUT. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will give its input on a design for the proposed Memorial Plaza.
SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT
13. 2026 SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT WATER RIGHTS LEASE AGREEMENT AND RESOLUTION. Nancy Leigh, Town Clerk. The Council acting as the governing board for the SSD will consider a resolution authorizing the 2026 water lease agreement for 243.08-acre feet of water for the 2026 irrigation season.
14. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. Discussion on potential items for future Council agendas.
