- Rich County Clerk's Office 435-793-2415 VOTE.UTAH.GOV NOTICE OF PRIMARY ELECTION EQUIPMENT TESTING The Rich County Clerk's Office will conduct a Logic & Accuracy Test on Monday, June 1st, at 10:00 AM at the Rich County Courthouse in Randolph, Utah. This required test verifies that all election equipment is functioning correctly and accurately recording votes before the upcoming election. The public is invited to observe this testing process.
