PUBLIC NOTICE
VERNAL CITY ORDINANCE NO 2026-11 ADOPTED
Notice is hereby given that the Vernal City Council has adopted Ordinance No. 2026-11, amending the Official Vernal City Zoning Map through the rezoning of property located at 356 East 100 North, Vernal, Utah.
This ordinance rezones parcel number 05:020:0075 from R-4 (Residential Zone) to CC-1 (Commercial Corridor Zone). The Vernal City Council determined that the zoning amendment is consistent with the orderly growth and development of the community and is in the interest of the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of Vernal City.
Ordinance 2026-11 was duly passed and adopted by the Vernal City Council on May 6, 2026.
A full copy of the ordinance is available for public inspection at the Vernal City Recorder's Office, 374 East Main Street, Vernal, Utah, during regular business hours, or on the City's website.
The ordinance takes effect the day after publication, this 8th day of May, 2026.
