PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a Weber County Audit Committee meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 11, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Weber County Commission Conference Room, 2380 Washington Blvd., Suite 360, Ogden, Utah 84401 The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: 1. Welcome: Commissioner Froerer 2. Request for Approval of the Minutes of the February 26, 2026 meeting: Commissioner Froerer 3. Review and Approval of Audit Committee Policy: Kali Rhodes 4. Final Approval of the Sheriff Allocation Advisory Report: Kali Rhodes 5. Discussion regarding OLAG report and Enterprise Risk Management: Kali Rhodes 6. Topical Requirement - Organizational Resilience: Kali Rhodes 7. Performance Surveys: Kali Rhodes 8. Discussion and/or action over ongoing engagements: a. Garage b. Golden Spike c. Transfer Station Follow Up d. Emergency Management e. Countywide P-cards and Travel Audit 9. Closed Session to discuss deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems 10. Closed Session to discuss the character and competence of an individual 11.
