- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Weber County, Utah will hold a regular commission meeting in the Commission Chambers at 2380 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, commencing at 10:00 a.m. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome- Commissioner Froerer B. Pledge of Allegiance- C. Invocation/Moment of Silence- Sean Wilkinson D. Commissioner Comments- E. Agenda Related Public Comments- (Comments will be taken for items listed on the agenda- please limit comments to 3 minutes) F. Presentation- Presentation on upcoming Rendezvous and integration of America 250. Presenters: Marty Smith and Katie Frandsen G. Consent Items- 1. Request for approval of purchase orders in the amount of $429,244.83. 2. Request for approval to ratify warrants #107866-107915, and #496288-496398 in the amount of $993,038.95 dated May 5, 2026. 3. Request for approval of warrants #107916-108004 and #496399-496504 in the amount of $1,300,256.32. 4. Summary of warrants and purchase orders. 5. Request from Emergency Management for approval to surplus Well Cargo Trailer 257/U0401WC. 6. Request for approval of the second amendment to a contract by and between Weber County Summit Food Service, LLC, increasing inmate meals. 7. Set the Second public hearing date for May 26, 2026 to solicit comments on project scope, implementation and its effects on residents for projects awarded under CDBG program for 2026. 8. Request for approval of an agreement by and between Weber County and Lync Construction regarding the 3600 North Road project. 9. Request for approval of a Real Property Lease Agreement by and between Weber County and Diamond Tree Experts. 10. Request for approval of a second revised scope of work for Contract 11295 with Kleinfelder for a landfill post-closure care discontinuation study. 11. Request for approval of a contract by and between Weber County and Ogden Friends of Acoustic Music to hold their annual festival at Fort Buenaventura. 12. Request for approval of an affidavit clarifying the legal description for the Lomond View Development. 13. Request for approval of a Retirement Agreement by and between Weber County and Tonya Simmons French. H. Action- 1.
