COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) SECOND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Summit County Council* will hold a public hearing to discuss the project determined to be applied for in the CDBG Small Cities Program in the Program Year 2027. Wanship Mutual Water Company: The project will consist of replacing existing water meters along with installing new meters within the Wanship Mutual Water Company service area. The number of meters will be somewhere between 75-90, depending on the actual number of connections that are found during the exploration process. Comments will be solicited on each of these project's scope, implementation, and effects on residents. The hearing will begin at 6:00 P.M. on May 20, 2026, at the anchor location of the Richins building, 1885 Ute Blvd., Park City, Utah 84098.
