Planning Commission Meeting Public Hearing Notice A public hearing will be held before the West Jordan Planning Commission on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 6:00 pm (or as soon thereafter as possible) at West Jordan City Hall, 8000 S. Redwood Rd, 3rd Floor, West Jordan, UT 84088. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the following: - Sugar Factory on the Creek Townhomes; 1790 West Sugar Factory Road; Recommendation to City Council regarding a Development Plan/Agreement and Zone Change for a Proposed 23 Unit Townhome Development; CC-F Zone; Dale Bennett/ Bennett Properties LLC (applicant) - 7800 South Commercial; 4606, 4614, & 4622 West 7800 South; Recommendation to City Council regarding a Rezone from C-M Zone to C-G Zone and Future Land Use Map Amendment; Margaret Hyatt (applicant) - Valvoline Instant Oil Change; 5750 W 7800 S; Preliminary Site Plan; P-C/IOZ Zone; NovaSource Enterprises, LLC/ Dallin Aston (applicant) - Dry Creek Highlands Ph. 6-10; 6637 West Raynolds Peak Way; Preliminary Major Subdivision and Preliminary Site Plan; P-C Zone; Ross Dinsdale/ Ivory Development (applicant) - Diaz Lot; 8305 South 2200 West; Recommendation to City Council regarding a Rezone of 0.43 acres to the R-1-8 Zone (for one Single-Family Dwelling); P-F Zone; Marco Diaz/Utah Development Group (applicant) - Recommendation to the City Council to Adopt, as a set of Land Use Regulations, a Completely Revised Version of the Public Improvement Standards, Specifications and Plans, including Chapters for Plan Preparation, Transportation, Storm Water, Sanitary Sewer, Culinary Water, Construction and Construction Inspections, and Appendices for Standard Drawings; City-wide Applicability; City of West Jordan (applicant) [Greg Davenport] - Text Amendment - Public Improvement Standards; Revised Recommendation to the City Council to Adopt Design and Construction Standards for Street Lighting Section 16500; City-wide applicability; City of West Jordan (applicant) [Cory Fralick] If you are interested in participating in the public hearing, please visit the City of West Jordan website at https://westjordan.primegov/public/portal approximately four (4) days prior to the meeting for packet materials and Zoom login information.
