Public Hearing Notice
A public hearing will be held before the West Jordan Planning Commission on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 6:00 pm (or as soon thereafter as possible) at West Jordan City Hall, 8000 S. Redwood Rd, 3rd Floor, West Jordan, UT 84088.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the following:
- Sugar Factory on the Creek Townhomes; 1790 West Sugar Factory Road; Recommendation to City Council regarding a Development Plan/Agreement and Zone Change for a Proposed 23 Unit Townhome Development; CC-F Zone; Dale Bennett/ Bennett Properties LLC (applicant)
- 7800 South Commercial; 4606, 4614, & 4622 West 7800 South; Recommendation to City Council regarding a Rezone from C-M Zone to C-G Zone and Future Land Use Map Amendment; Margaret Hyatt (applicant)
- Valvoline Instant Oil Change; 5750 W 7800 S; Preliminary Site Plan; P-C/IOZ Zone; NovaSource Enterprises, LLC/ Dallin Aston (applicant)
