A public hearing will NOT be held for the following item:
1. Appeal of a Zoning Violation at Approximately 1544 E Tomahawk Dr - Avid Amiri, representing the property owner Warburg International Real Estate Investments LLC, is appealing a Notice and Order issued by Civil Enforcement for the above-listed property. The Notice and Order alleges that the property is in violation of the Zoning Ordinance for operating a short-term rental use in a single-family residential zone that does not allow a 'short term rental' use. The subject property is located in the FR-3/12,000 (Foothills Residential) District and within Council District 3, represented by Chris Wharton. 2. Appeal of a Zoning Violation at Approximately 1883 S 700 E - Avid Amiri, representing the property owner Simon Property Investments LLC, is appealing a Notice and Order issued by Civil Enforcement for the above-listed property. The Notice and Order alleges that the property is in violation of the Zoning Ordinance for operating a short-term rental use in a single-family residential zone that does not allow a 'short term rental' use. The subject property is located in the R-1/7,000 (Single-family Residential) District and within Council District 7, represented by Sarah Young.
