KEVIN CLEGG: Planning and Zoning recommended approval to the Town Council for his lot combination.
KEVIN CLEGG: Kevin requests discussion of garbage collection for private lanes and consideration of waiving the garbage fee on his monthly utility bill.
AUSTIN LYON: Planning and Zoning reviewed the application for a new short-term rental in Manila and recommended that the Town Council approve the request.
REVIEW OF THE TENTATIVE FISCAL YEAR 2027 BUDGET:
PLANNING & ZONING MEETING SCHEDULE UPDATE: Notification that Planning and Zoning has approved a change to their regular meeting schedule. Meetings will now be held on the first Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. This item is for informational purposes only.
SEWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT EASEMENT: Discussion on the purchase of the easement for the new sewer improvement project.
RV DUMP STATION UPDATE:
POLICY RETIREMENT ELIGIBILITY FOR TIER 2 ELECTED OFFICIALS PART-TIME (INELIGIBLE): Discussion and public hearing regarding the adoption of a policy for Tier 2 elected officials serving in part-time positions, in accordance with Utah Code Title 49 and audit recommendations. This item is for informational purposes prior to formal consideration and adoption.
WATER CONSERVATION: Discussion regarding the potential for implementing water use restrictions due to ongoing water shortages across the state.
ANIMAL ORDINANCE: Discuss the proposed Animal Ordinance and set a date for a public hearing to review and adopt the ordinance.
LIGHTING ORDINANCE: Discuss the proposed Lighting Ordinance and set a date for a public hearing to review and adopt the ordinance.
FIREWORKS ORDINANCE: Discuss the proposed Fireworks Ordinance and set a date for a public hearing to review and adopt the ordinance.
