Description/Agenda: The Bear River City Planning Commission and City Council will hold a joint public hearing on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at approximately 6:30 PM to consider the repeal and reenactment of Chapter 8 of the Bear River City Subdivision Ordinance and amending related land use provisions; creating the Subdivision Land Use Authority; providing subdivision approval procedures; making other necessary changes; and providing an immediate effective date. The purpose of the reenactment is to comply with legislative mandates to the subdivision approval procedure. The hearing will be held in the Bear River City Civic Center/City Office located at 5871 N 4700 W, Bear River City, Utah. Interested persons may contact the Bear River City Office at 435-279-9047 with questions or to request a copy of the proposed ordinance.
