NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA FOR ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL MAY 8, 2026 10:00 A.M. Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Director of Springville City will hold an Administrative Approval meeting at the Springville City Civic Center Community Development Department located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The Director will consider the following: 1. Ashley Peay seeking plat amendment approval for the East Sunset Ridge Subdivision, Plat B, at 711 E 400 N within the R1-15 Single-Family Residential Zone. 2. HCC Springville, LLC., seeking plat amendment approval for the Spring Pointe Retail Center Subdivision, Plat L, within the HC-Highway Commercial Zone. This meeting was noticed in compliance with Utah Code 52-4-202 on May 6, 2026. Agendas and minutes are accessible through the Springville City website at www.springville.org/agendasminutes.
