On April 7, 2026, the Draper City Council Adopted Ordinance #1716 approving the Openshaw Corner Development Agreement for approximately 1.44 acres of property located at approximately 207 East 13800 South within Draper City. The Master development agreement was recorded with the Salt Lake County Recorder on May 5, 2026.
