Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Scipio Town Council NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Scipio Town Council will hold a public hearing on May 21, 2026, at 6:45 PM at the Scipio Community Center located at 5 North State Street, Scipio, Utah. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding the proposed adoption of an ordinance to implement the 2024 International Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI) Code. This code, as adopted by the State of Utah, establishes regulations for mitigating fire hazards to life and property in areas where wildland fire exposures exist. Dated this 5th day of May 2026.
