Public Notice is hereby given that the Lewiston City Planning & Zoning Commission will meet in a regularly scheduled meeting at 29 South Main St., Lewiston, UT, in the Club Room, on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. The meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. Agenda 1. Call to Order - Pledge of Allegiance 2. Approval of the Planning Commission meeting minutes from: March 4, 2026 3. Review of Building Permits issued for March and April 2026 - P & Z Administrator, Abel Herrera 4. Alan Lower, Double L Farms LLC - Initial inquiry into building a storage / warehouse on parcels 09-035-0014 and/or parcel 09-069-0002.Approximately 2400 South Main. 5. Business License - Conditional Use Permit - Blaine Smith / Forever Together Pet Cremations Review and possible vote. 6. Conditional Use Permit - Single-Family Dwelling in the A10 zone- Joe & Brittany Cann Parcel #09-016-0023 (83.2 acres). Review and vote. 7. Conditional Use Permit - Single-Family Dwelling in the A10 zone - Ellis Layne Parcel #09-007-0007 (50.01 acres) along 400 E. Review and vote. 8. Conditional Use Permit - Single-Family Dwelling in the A10 zone- Mark Rawlins Parcel #09-022-0078 (1-acre) and Parcel #09-022-016 (21.29 acres) owned by JMR Heifers, LLC. Review and vote. 9. Conditional Use Permit - Single-Family Dwelling in the A10 zone - Hyer Family Limited Partnership Parcel #09-036-0001 (49.33 acres) and Parcel #09-036-0001 (33.27 acres). Review and vote. 10. Public Comment Period - Comments will be listened to with no action taken. Items needing action will be placed on next month's agenda by request. Individuals will be given 3 minutes to comment. The public comment period will last a maximum of 20 minutes. 11. Other Business 12. Adjourn
