- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Southeastern Utah Association of Local Governments dba Southeastern Regional Development Agency (SERDA) invites qualified consulting firms to submit a proposal in accordance with this request for proposal (RFP) for brownfield assessment and planning for Carbon, Emery, Grand and San Juan Counties. All responses should be submitted via email. Send responses to Geri Gamber at ggamber@serda.utah.gov with 'US EPA Brownfield Grant Services Proposal' in the subject line. All submissions are due by Tuesday, May 19, 2026, by 5:00 pm MST. The anticipated awarded consultant will be notified by Friday, May 29, 2026, and is expected to begin shortly thereafter. Interested parties must adhere to the format of the RFP. Questions regarding the RFP should be directed to Geri Gamber at ggamber@serda.utah.gov.
