Description/Agenda: West Warren-Warren Water Improvement District May 6, 2026, Board Meeting Agenda - Motion to open the meeting - Read and approve minutes from April 1, 2026 Previous Agenda Items: - Vote to approve resolution 26-1 approving and accepting an annexation petition submitted by Casey McKissen and Timothy McKissen. - Discussion on refunding unused water connections purchased in 2019, review list. Vote to approve sending refunds. - Discussion on water tank and Knight's road into the tank location. - Secondary Water New Agenda Items: - Certify Doug Madsen's annexation request - Discussion and approval of pioneering agreement with Doug Madsen - Review and approve letter to be sent out to services outside of District boundaries. - Review 03-31-26 financial statements New Business: Finances: - Approval of Checks and Bills, billing adjustments, delinquent accounts, financial officer to review purchase card statements. Motion to adjourn the meeting
