NOTICE OF AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Wellington City will hold a regularly scheduled Planning Commission Meeting on Wednesday, April 1st, 2026, at Wellington City Hall, located at 102 N 100 W, in Wellington, Utah. Said meeting shall begin promptly at 5:30 P.M., and the agenda shall be as follows:
Agenda Item 1: Roll Call
Agenda Item 2: Approval of Minutes
Agenda Item 3: Jace Draper requests subdividing a lot
Agenda Item 4: Mayah Gonzalez (60 N Center St) wishes to make a complaint about 3 separate units with the same address. She claims the units are unsafe.
Agenda Item 4: Enrique Gudino wished to put up a fence on the east side of the restaurant at 35 W. Main.
Agenda Item 5: Carbon County Utah Fee's received
