Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISPOSE OF TWO CITY-OWNED PROPERTIES/HOUSES Pursuant to Utah Code 11-1-203, Syracuse City hereby gives notice of its intent to dispose of municipally owned real property. The properties proposed for disposal are located at: - 508 W 2700 S, Syracuse, UT 84075 - 546 W 2525 S, Syracuse, UT 84075 These properties were previously acquired for a public road realignment project and are no longer needed following completion of the project. The City intends to list the properties for sale with a licensed real estate agent. Prior to the City Council's final action, there will be an opportunity for public comment on the proposed disposition. Notice of the public hearing will be provided at least 14 days in advance. Information regarding the City Council meeting, including the date, time, and agenda, will be posted on the Syracuse City website: https://syracuseut.gov/AgendaCenter CASSIE Z.
