- SALINA CITY PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE: Salina City Council hereby establishes its regularly scheduled city council meetings 2026/2027 The Salina City Council will hold its regularly scheduled city council meetings on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month during 2026/2027 except for November and December when the meeting will be held on the second Wednesday only.
