Current Action Items
2. 6:35PM Public Hearing to receive public input regarding proposed changes to the North Logan Master Fee Schedule related to Community Center facility rental fees. Once the public hearing has taken place the city council may consider adopting a resolution amending the master fee schedule.
3. Consider declaring a portion of city owned property Parcel # 04-199-9001 as surplus (approximately 0.63 acres of the northern triangular portion, bordered by Canyon Ridge Drive and 2350 East and Parcel# 18-006-0004).
4. Consider approval of an ordinance regarding a city-initiated Zoning Map Amendment (Rezone) of one full parcel currently in the Commercial General (CG) zone (Parcel ID: 04-060-0067). This parcel is proposed to be split zoned between the 2500 N Gateway Corridor (East) and the Wolf Pack Way Corridor zones.
5. Consider approval of the Bullen Brothers (Wolfpack Commons) Subdivision Phase 3 Commercial Preliminary Plat.
6. Consider approval of draft business incentives for a potential business to be located at in the 2500N Gateway Corridor Zone.
7. Consider approval of Beck Farm Subdivision Development Agreement.
8. Consider a resolution adopting a tentative North Logan City municipal budget for fiscal year 2027. This resolution regarding a tentative budget shall include a proposed property tax increase above the certified rate, along with the proposed dates for Property Truth in Taxation Public Hearings.
9. Budget Officer statement that the tentative budget includes a proposed tax rate increase.
10. This is a separate item notifying the public that an executive officer or budget officer of the North Logan City taxing entity intends to state in the public meeting that the tentative budget includes a proposed tax rate increase.
11. Consider approving a property tax impact schedule that is separate from all other budget documents.
12. Convene as the Local Building Authority to consider adopting a tentative FY2027 LBA Budget.
13. Convene as the Redevelopment Agency to consider adopting a tentative FY2027 RDA Budget.
