BLANDING CITY ORDINANCE ADOPTION NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Blanding, Utah, has adopted the following ordinances described below:
Ordinance 2026-2: An ordinance amending the Blanding City Fee Schedule for Fiscal Year 2026, including updates to Public Works equipment rental fees, Public Works hourly service rates, curb cutting fees, demolition permit costs, and removal of the Utility Account Transfer Fee. Adopted February 24, 2026.
Ordinance 2026-3: An ordinance amending the Blanding City Municipal Code by adopting updated landscaping and water-wise standards in Chapter 10.14. Adopted March 24, 2026.
Ordinance 2026-5: An ordinance terminating the temporary moratorium on new or expanded mobile home development, eliminating the Mobile Home zoning district, and adopting updated manufactured home regulations. Adopted April 14, 2026.
NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that Ordinance 2026-4, a proposed ordinance requesting a zone change from R-1 to R-2 for certain real property within Blanding City, failed and was not adopted by the City Council.
