WEST POINT CITY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, May 14, 2026, the West Point City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 3200 West 300 North, West Point City, UT, beginning at 7:00 PM. The public hearing will be for a proposed rezone and development agreement regarding property located at approximately 2084 North 4500 West. The request made is to change the zoning on 3.76 acres of land from A-40 (Agricultural) to R-4 (Residential/maximum of 6 units per acre). The development agreement will allow exceptions to side yard setbacks and put architectural requirements in place for the development.
