- WASHINGTON CITY WASHINGTON, UTAH MERRILL ROAD & HARVEST LANE TRAFFIC SIGNAL ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the construction of the Merrill Road & Harvest Lane Traffic Signal will be received, by Washington City, at the office of the Public Works Office located at 1305 East Washington Dam Road, Washington, UT 84780, until 10:00 AM local time on May 19, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of installing a fully functional traffic signal. Includes signage, striping, and pedestrian ramp replacement. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bidding Documents may be viewed online at the following Washington City Website: https://washqa.org/planspecs/TSMH Bidders are responsible to maintain accurate contact information and check the website often to receive updates or additional information.
