2026 Primary Election Notice
According to the provisions of Utah code 63G-30-102 and 20A-5-405(1)(f),
- Notice is given to qualified persons residing within Duchesne County that the Primary Election will be held Tuesday, June 23, 2026, from 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Notice is given of sample ballots for the 2026 Primary Election. Sample ballots can be found at:

- Notice is given of early voting dates and times as follows:
o 16 June, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM - In Person/Early Voting (Admin Building - Duchesne)
o 17 June, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM - In Person/Early Voting (Admin Building - Duchesne)
o 18 June, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM - In Person/Early Voting (Admin Building - Duchesne)
o 19 June, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM - In Person/Early Voting (Admin Building - Duchesne)
- Notice is given that Duchesne County will provide voting assistance and have an ADA approved voting equipment at their office during early voting and on Election Day, Tuesday, June 23, 2026.
- Ballots may be returned the following ways: By mail (must be received by an election official before 8:00 pm on Election Day to be counted); In person at one of the vote centers listed below;
o Duchesne County Administration Building - 734 N Center Street - Duchesne, Utah
o Roosevelt Crossroads Senior Citizen Center - 50 E 200 S - Roosevelt, Utah
June 23, 2026 from 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Canvass
Canvass of Election will be conducted on Monday, July 6, 2026, at 1:00 PM.
Qualification to Vote
U.S. Citizen, resident of the State of Utah for over 30 days preceding the election, 18 years of age by November 5, 2026. To register to vote or to update information, visit vote.utah.gov.
Certification of Ballot Counting Equipment
Duchesne County will publicly conduct a logic and accuracy test of the tabulating equipment that will be used to count the ballots for the Primary Election on June 3 at 10:00 AM. The test will be conducted in the Duchesne County Administration Building, Conference Room #1. The test is open to the public in accordance with Utah Code 20A-4-104 and 20A-3-201
Ballots will be mailed out around June 2nd, 2026.
