NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING/BOARD MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF JORDAN VALLEY WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District will hold a Public Hearing/Board meeting at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at the District's Administration Building located at 8215 South 1300 West, West Jordan, Utah. Trustees and members of the public may attend this meeting in person or electronically. Consider scheduling approval at the June 10, 2026, Board meeting, to be held at 8215 South 1300 West in West Jordan, Utah, of the following items for fiscal year July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027: final adoption of the financial plan and budget; determining, fixing, and adopting of a tax rate; and final adoption of wholesale and retail water rates
4. Approval of common consent items
a. Minutes of the Finance Committee meeting held March 23, 2026; the Conservation Committee meeting held April 6, 2026; the Work Session held on April 6, 2026; and the Board meeting held on April 8, 2026
b. Trustees' expenses report for April 2026
5. Consider adoption of Resolution No. 26-08, 'Amending Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District's Rules and Regulations for Wholesale Water Service'
6. Engineering & Water Development activities
a. Consider approval of funding commitment letter for the 2024/2025 BRIC JVWCD Water Treatment Plant Drought, Wildfire, and Earthquake Resiliency Project
b. Consider approval of cost sharing agreement with Riverton City for the Southwest Aqueduct Reach 2 Project
