Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 27th day of May, 2026, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. of said day, the Central Valley Water Reclamation Facility will hold and conduct a public hearing to receive public comment regarding the approval of a proposed rate increase in septage hauler fees. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment concerning the proposed approval of the rate increase as described above. Members of the public may provide public comment by sending an email in advance or during the meeting to footec@cvwrfut.gov Comments are limited to less than 3 minutes, include your name and contact information, and they will be read into the record. DATED this 4th day of May, 2026.
