WEST VALLEY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING A Public Hearing of the West Valley City Planning Commission will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 4:00 PM, in West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Blvd., West Valley City, Utah. A premeeting will be held at 3:30 PM. Members of the press and public are invited to attend in person or view this meeting live on Zoom at https://us06web.zoom.us/j/83896786911. Preliminary application information will be available by 6:00 PM on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at https://www.wvc-ut.gov/669/Agendas-Minutes. Staff analyses, as well as any final application materials, will be updated by 12:00 PM on Monday, May 11, 2026. Testimonies for or against the proposed applications can be provided to the Planning Commission during the public hearing or in writing prior to the hearing. If you wish to submit written comments, be advised that this should be provided to the Planning Staff member assigned to the application at least seven (7) days prior to the meeting to enable the Planning Commission to properly consider the comments. SUBDIVISION APPLICATIONS SD-1-2026 Petition by Vantrust Real Estate requesting consideration to dedicate an extension of Stegner Way (5990 West). The property to be dedicated is along the southern boundary of the parcel located at 5892 W Parkway Boulevard. The property is zoned M (Manufacturing). SMI-2-2026 Petition by Jason Peterson, representing Legend Engineering, requesting minor subdivision approval for the Rushton Farms Subdivision. The subdivision is located at 5477 West 4100 South, consists of 5 commercial lots on 5.6 acres, and is zoned C-2 (General Commercial). CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATIONS C-4-2026 Petition by Godfrey West Investors, LLC requesting conditional use approval for a warehouse building.
