PC 26-017 Elevate at 12th [Design Review] Daniel Berger/DSD West Logan LLC, authorized agent/owner is requesting a design review permit to construct two mixed use buildings located at 1137 West 200 South & 1136 West 130 South, in the Commercial (COM) Zone; TIN 05-107-0021; -0014, in the Ellis Neighborhood. PC 26-018 Public Works Campus Phase 2 [Design Review] Kevin Blalock/Logan City, authorized agent/owner is requesting a design review permit to construct phase 2 two of the new Public Works Campus which consists of the demolition of the existing structures and constructing a two-story administration building, two vehicle storage Buildings, and two covered storage areas. Located at 950 West 600 North in the Public (PUB) Zone; TIN 05-062-0017; -0004, in the Ellis Neighborhood.
