Present the following items for consideration
1. New State mandated Subdivision Ordinance.
2. Removing the Section V-2 Construction Standards from the Subdivision Ordinance and adopting it as a Resolution to make it more ready available to the Town for changes.

Open Planning and Zoning Meeting for May 6, 2026+

2. Minutes of April 1, 2026
3. There will be a training meeting May 20th at 7:00 PM for Town Board members and P&Z members on Basic Land Use Law and Open and Public Meeting Law.
Town Attorney Seth Tait will be the presenter. This meeting is a Public Meeting, not a Public Hearing, and is open to the public.
4. Zoning Clearance application from Ed Dursteler for a lean-to at 7725 N 2400 W.
5. Discussion with Kutis Falslev on permitted activities on his property Parcel # 13-040-0005
6. Review with Charlie Erickson progress on preparing Code Amendment to allow for a Convenience Store/Fuel Station at 2900 W Hwy 218.
