CITY COUNCIL AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CENTERVILLE CITY COUNCIL WILL HOLD A REGULAR MEETING AT 7:00 PM ON MAY 5, 2026 AT CENTERVILLE CITY HALL, 250 NORTH MAIN STREET, CENTERVILLE, UTAH. Centerville City Council meetings are open to the public, unless otherwise closed for reasons allowed by law. Centerville City Council meetings may be conducted via electronic means pursuant to Utah Code § 52-4-207. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations due to a disability may contact the City Recorder at (801) 295-3477, at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs or provide greater efficiency. Bid Award - Main Street (SR106) Waterline Replacement - Chase Lane to Jennings Lane Consider the bid award for the Main Street (SR106) Waterline Replacement - Chase Lane to Jennings Lane to 3XL Construction in the amount of $1,393,748.00 2. Bid Award - Water Line Materials for Main Street Waterline Replacement Consider the bid award for Water Line Materials for Main Street 1000 N to 1700 N to Ferguson Waterworks in the amount of $567,335.47 G. MINUTES Minutes of prior meetings may be reviewed and accepted. Minutes review and approval shall comply with the Centerville City Minutes Approval Policy. 1. COUNCIL REPORT City Council members may report on meetings or events attended in their official capacity. 1. Councilmember Rick Bangerter Councilmember Rick Bangerter will report on committee assignments, including Deuel Creek Irrigation and Centerville Citizen Corps Council I. MAYOR REPORT The Mayor may report on meetings or events attended in the Mayor's official capacity. J. CITY MANAGER REPORT The City Manager may provide information or notice of current events or incidents impacting the City. K. CLOSED SESSION The City Council may vote to discuss matters in a closed session for reasons allowed by law, including, but not limited to, the provisions of Utah Code § 52-4-205 of the Open and Public Meetings Act, and for attorney-client matters that are privileged pursuant to Utah Code § 78B-1-137. L.
