PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following public hearings have been scheduled to be heard by the Garland Planning Commission on Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at 7:00 pm and the Garland City Council on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at 7:00 pm. The meetings will be held at the Garland City Offices at 72 North Main Street, Garland, Utah.
1) Public Hearing, consideration and possible action on the request for a General Plan Amendment to change the land use classification from manufacturing to residential for the properties located at 980 East Factory Street and 1090 East Factory Street (parcel nos. 06-067-0062 and 06-067-0074).
