Sevier County Clerk/Auditor 2026 Primary Election Certification I, Steven C. Wall, Sevier County Clerk/Auditor, do hereby certify that: 1. Pursuant to Utah Code Annotated 20A-5a-205, candidates whose names appear on the attached list are qualified for placement and shall appear on the 2026 Primary Election Ballot as they appear and in the order they are listed; 2. The Republican Party has declared their intent to participate in the 2026 Primary Election; 3. The Republican Party permits only voters affiliated with the Republican Party to participate in its Primary Election; 4. Pursuant to Utah Code Annotated 20A-2-107, registered voters who are affiliated with a party may not designate or change their party affiliation after April 1, 2026; and 5. Pursuant to Utah Code Annotated 20A-2-107.5, registered voters who are not affiliated with a party may affiliate with a party by giving a change of affiliation form to the County Clerk or a poll worker during the Primary Election. STATE Utah State Board of Education District 14. State Board of Education District 14 includes Beaver, Carbon, Emery, Grand, Juab, Millard, Sanpete, and Sevier Counties as well as portions of Iron and Utah Counties. Republican Party 1.
