- COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) SECOND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Box Elder County will hold a public hearing to discuss the project determined to be applied for in the CDBG Small Cities Program in Program Year 2026, RNG Water (Riverside North Garland Water). Comments will be solicited on project scope, implementation and its effects on residents. The hearing will begin at 4:00 P.M. on May 13, 2026 and will be held at Box Elder County Commission Chambers, 1 South Main St., Brigham City, Utah 84302. Further information can be obtained by contacting Box Elder County Clerk Marla Young at 435-734-3355 In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify Chrisee Bennett 435-734-3347 at Box Elder County Commission Chambers, 1 South Main, Brigham City, Utah 84302 at least three days prior to the hearing.
