Main St. Suite 2 Grantsville, Utah 84029 and via Microsoft Teams, at which time the Board shall proceed according to the following agenda: I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS A. Call to order. B. Public Comment. Members of the public may express their views to the Board on matters that affect the District that are otherwise not on the agenda. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes per person. C. Review and consider approval of minutes from December 8, 2025 regular board meeting and April 24, 2026 special board meeting (enclosure). II. FINANCIAL MATTERS A. Review and ratify approval of previous claims (enclosure). B. Review and consider acceptance of March 31, 2026 Unaudited Financial Statements (enclosure). C. Update on bond issuance. III. MANAGER MATTERS A. Matters pertinent to the PID and associated actions/approvals. B. Ratify approval of binding insurance with Utah Local Governments Trust (enclosure). C. Rescind approval of Master Services Agreement with Streamline for website services. D. Review and consider approval of Proposal from Schedio Group for Independent Professional Engineer's Review of Costs Incurred and Verification of Costs Associated with the Design and Construction of Public Improvements (enclosure). IV. OPERATIONAL MATTERS V. LEGAL MATTERS A. Review and consider approval of Interlocal Agreement between Deseret Public Infrastructure District No. 1 and Deseret Public Infrastructure District Nos. 2-16 regarding Operations and Maintenance (enclosure).
