Main St., Ivins, UT, on Thursday, May 7, 2026. The meeting will begin at 5:30 P.M. NOTICE: This meeting will be held in person. Discuss and consider approval of Ordinance No. 2026-11, an Ordinance of Ivins City, Utah, amending sections of the Ivins City Code regarding the Resort Commercial Zone 5) DISCUSSION AND POTENTIAL ACTION ITEMS A. Discussion regarding America250 B. Discuss and consider a Joint Planning Commission and City Council Work Meeting to address the Land Use Plan and Map C. Discuss and consider annual budgeted financial support of Switchpoint to address homelessness in Washington County D. Discussion regarding the Interlocal Agreement governing Animal Control Services E. Discuss and consider tentatively adopting the Tentative Budgets to Complete Fiscal Year Ending 2026 and the Tentative Budgets for Fiscal Year Ending 2027 and set a Public Hearing F. Discuss and consider approval of policy change regarding paid parental leave G. Continued discussion and approval of Ordinance No. 2026-04, an Ordinance of Ivins City, Utah, amending and completely restating Title 10, Chapter 4 of the Ivins City Code regarding Backflow and Cross Connection regulations H. Discuss and consider possible action regarding Ivins City participation in the Ultra Water Efficiency Standards Program I. Discuss and consider approval of an expenditure for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural engineering services for the fire station project J.
