2026 PRIMARY ELECTION CERTIFICATION
I, Jonathan T. Whittaker, Iron County Clerk of Iron County, Utah, do hereby certify that:
1. Pursuant of Utah Code Annotated 20A-5a-205, candidates whose names appear on the attached list are qualified for placement and shall appear on the 2026 Iron County Primary Election ballot as they appear and in the order they are listed;
2. The Republican Party have declared their intent to participate in the 2026 Iron County Primary Election;
3. The Republican Party permits only voter affiliated with the Republican Party to affiliate in its Primary Election;
4. Pursuant to Utah Code Annotated 20A-2-107, registered voters may not designate or change their party affiliation after April 1, 2026; and
5. Pursuant to Utah Code Annotated 20A-2-107.5, registered voters who are not affiliated with a party may affiliate with a party by giving a change of affiliation form to an election judge during the primary election.
