PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Weber Area Council of Governments will hold a regular meeting commencing at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, May 4, 2026, in the Weber Center, 2380 Washington Blvd, Room #105 (Breakout Room), Ogden, Utah. The agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Chair Porter B. Pledge of Allegiance - Councilmember Hyer C. Invocation - Mayor Nadolski D. Public Comments- (3 minutes each) E. Consent Request for approval of minutes for the meeting held on April 6, 2026. F. Non-Action Items 1. HAFB Update 2. 2026 RAMP EZ Grant Awards Presenter: Kevin Burns, RAMP Chair 3. Local Homeless Council Update Presenter: Kenton Jepsen, Local Homeless Council Coordinator 4. Transfer Station Update Presenter: Sean Wilkinson G. Action Items 1. Discussion and/or action on the amendment request from Pleasant View City for the Skyline Drive Rail Crossing Corridor Preservation project. Presenter: Brooke Stewart H.
