Notice is hereby given that a public meeting will be held before the Bluffdale City City Council on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 W 14400 S, which will begin at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible for the purpose of receiving public comment on a proposed Text Amendment to update the City Code as follows: - Chapter 11.220.070.A - to add provisions for gas station electronic display signs. A new section will be added to allow electronic display signs for gas stations with a minimum display interval of three (3) seconds. - Chapter 11.220.030 - to add a new definition for 'Gas Station Electronic Display Sign' to address this specific type of sign.
