NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF MONTICELLO UTAH Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Monticello City Council on Tuesday, 05/12/2026, at the Hideout Community Center, located at 648 S Hideout Way, Monticello UT. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input regarding the following application: Applicant: Prohibition Pies, LLC dba Granary Speakeasy License Type: Class 'C' Beer or Liquor for consumption on premises Proposed Location: 64 S 300 E, Monticello UT Interested persons are encouraged to attend the public hearing or submit written comments to the City Recorder at melissa@monticelloutah.gov, 435-587-2271 ext. 12, or City Recorder, PO Box 457, Monticello Utah 84535. The public is invited to attend all City meetings. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, anyone needing special accommodations to attend this Public Hearing may contact the City Office, 435-587-2271, at least three days prior to the hearing.

THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO ATTEND ALL CITY MEETINGS Monticello City Council holds meetings on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month, unless otherwise posted, at the Hideout Community Center, 648 S Main, beginning promptly at 7:00 p.m. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, anyone needing special accommodations to attend a meeting may contact the City Office, 587-2271, at least three working days prior to the meeting. City Council may adjourn to closed session by majority vote, pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-4 & 5.
