- Scott Messel Community Development Director Notice of Public Hearing The Washington County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a proposed Zone Change and Project Plan for the Red Reef Project, a Planned Development Multifamily Zone. The Planning Commission will consider, discuss, and receive public input, and will make a recommendation to the County Commission. The applicant is Silver Reef Resort LLC. The public hearing will be held on May 12, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. in the Washington County Commission Chambers of the Washington County Administration Building, located at 111 E. Tabernacle, St. George, Utah 84770. The meeting will also be available electronically via Zoom.
