NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Springdale Town Council will hold public hearings as described below. The hearings will be held at the Canyon Community Center, 126 Lion Boulevard, Springdale, UT 84767.

1. Public Hearing: Ordinance 2026-08 Review of Land Use Ordinance Amendment Application from Noel Benson, Proposing an Amendment to Section 10-18-4 of the Town Code. The Proposed Amendment Would Introduce Tiered Minimum Landscape and Open Space Requirements Based on the Property Size in the Village Commercial Zone. Staff Contact: Niall Connolly
2. Public Hearing: Zone Change from the Foothill Residential Zone to the Foothill Residential Zone with the Workforce Housing Overlay Zone at 120 Kinesava Drive, Lot S-KARA-1. Applicant: Kathy Lafave. Staff Contact: Niall Connolly
3. Public Hearing: Ordinance 2026-09 Amending Chapter 10-21-8 of the Town Code Relating to Maintenance and Repair of Noncomplying Buildings and Inserting a New Section of Code Dealing with Involuntary Removal of a Noncomplying Building. Staff Contact: Niall Connolly
4. Public Hearing: Ordinance 2026-10 Amending Chapter 10-21 of the Town Code Relating to Renovation and Redevelopment of Noncomplying Buildings in the Commercial Zones. Staff Contact: Niall Connolly

This notice is intended to comply with the requirements of Utah State Code sections 10-9A-205 or 10-5-108 concerning notifying the public of upcoming public hearings.
Please contact the Town Staff identified above for additional information about the matter(s) to be addressed in the public hearing. Staff reports regarding the matter(s) will be available by May 08, 2026, and will be posted on the Town's website (https://www.springdaletown.com/agendacenter).
The public is invited to provide written comments on the matter(s) at least two days in advance of the public hearing or attend in person to provide verbal comments during the public hearing portion of the public meeting.
