NOTICE OF ORDINANCES Notice is hereby given that the Cedar City Council at its regular meeting on April 22, 2026, passed the following ordinance: 1. Ordinance No. 0422-26 - An Ordinance of the Cedar City Council changing the street name of 200 East to add Gapyeong Way; 2. Ordinance No. 0422-26 -1 - An Ordinance Amending 26-IV-5 regarding public improvement bonding for construction; 3. Ordinance No. 0422-26 -2 - An Ordinance amending Chapters 23, 26 and 32 revising references to State Code; 4. Ordinance No. 0422-26 -3 - An Ordinance amending Chapter 35-10 prohibiting parking near the intersections of 1045 North with 400 West and Northfield Road; 5. Ordinance No. 0422-26-4 an Ordinance amending Section of the City's Engineering Standards; 6. Ordinance No. 0422-26-5 - an ordinance amending Engineering Standard Section 2.1 regarding the extension of public improvements; and 7. Ordinance No. 0422-26-6 - an ordinance amending Section 3.2.3 and Detail R6 of the Engineering Standards regarding the length of cul-de-sac streets and the radius of cul-de-sacs. Said Ordinances shall become effective immediately upon posting on the State of Utah Public Notice Website. A Copy of said ordinances may be seen and/or purchased at the office of the Cedar City Recorder, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah.
