PUBLIC NOTICE
In accordance with Utah Code Ann. § 17C-1-207(3), notice is hereby given that it is anticipated that Midvale City will be conveyed the property at 705 W. Ivy Dr., Midvale, Utah, for less than market value or no consideration from the Redevelopment Agency of Midvale City on May 19, 2026. This action, as permitted by Utah Code Ann. § 17C-1-207(1)(b), is in order to assist and cooperate in the undertaking, construction, and operation of the development within the Jordan Bluffs and Main Street Project Areas. The 0.405-acre property will be used to expand Midvale City's Public Works facility and maintain existing service levels of public utilities and services for the current and future residents and businesses in the Jordan Bluffs and Main Street Project Areas. The Jordan Bluffs and Main Street Project Areas are within an area that Midvale City is authorized to act.
