NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY
NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, that the City Council of Morgan, Utah, will hold a Public Hearing in open public session in connection with their meeting on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Morgan City Offices at 90 West Young Street, Morgan, Utah. The City Council will receive public comment regarding the following:
- Tentative 2026 - 2027 Fiscal Year Budget
Prior to the public hearing, supporting documentation will be posted on the City website at www.morganutah.gov or available by contacting the City Recorder at (801) 821-4287.
The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder does hereby certify that the above notice was posted within the Morgan City limits on this 30th day of April, 2026, at the Morgan City Hall, on the Utah Public Notice Website - www.utah.gov/pmn, the City's website - www.morganutah.gov. and three public places within the City.
