MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING: Review and approval of minutes from April 14,
2026: Regular Meeting.
Review and approval of minutes from April 29, 2026: Regular Meeting.
OLD BUSINESS:
- Kevin Clegg was requesting a subdivision Plat Amendment to combine his two lots
located at 35 E Glades Way & 45 E Glades Way. Brian made the motion to
recommend Kevin's subdivision Plat Amendment to Town Council, Rod seconded.
- Keith Salmon was requesting a building permit for an accessory building located
134 Bourbon ST. Randall made the motion to approve Keith's Plot map, Brian
seconded.
- Austin Lyon is requesting to fill our open short-term rental slot located in Solomons
Way. Brian made the motion to recommend Austin to fill our short-term rental slot to
Town Council, Rod seconded.
- Change of Monthly Meeting Day: Discussion on whether to move our regular
meetings to the first Thursday of each month. Rod made the motion to approve
changing the day Planning and Zoning meets to the first Thursday of each month,
Brian seconded.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Colton Christensen: requesting a building permit for his lot located at 74 E HWY 43.
- Brent Dickamore: Requesting a building permit for his lot located at 43 East Ridge
Ln.
- Layne & Brooke Shreeve: requesting a building permit for their lot located at 280 N
Dry Creek Ln.
- Jeff Langlois: requesting a building permit for their lot located at 345 N Dry Creek Ln.
