Notice is hereby given that the Cottonwood Heights Arts Council will convene on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at Cottonwood Heights City Hall (2277 E. Bengal Blvd., Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121) for its regularly scheduled meeting. 1. Welcome 2. Approval of April 1, 2026 Arts Council Meeting Minutes 3. Public Comments 4. Committee Business a) Arts Council Leadership Structure Discussion i) Review current format, discuss vacant Chair and Secretary roles, and consider whether to maintain the current structure or implement changes b) Arts Council Budget Review and Expenditure Discussion i) Review current budget status and discuss expenditures exceeding the adopted budget. c) ZAP Grant Training Video Discussion i) Follow up on the recently distributed training video and invite member feedback, ideas, and discussion regarding 5. Past Events a) Expense Report Review i) Lunar New Year ii) Cozy Paint Night iii) Jazz Ambassadors 6. Future Events a) Butlerville Days Planning and Participation i) Booth Planning and Volunteer Sign-Up (1) Booth Activity - coloring books and crayons ii) Proposal of America 250 Interactive Art Project (1) Choose paint by numbers design b) Utility Boxes i) Will need to be paused due to lack of budget c) Eclipse 6 Christmas Concert i) Proposed event date and time 7. Adjourn Please note that public comments may be provided by attending the meetings in-person or by submission via email to the Arts Council Liaison, Lindsey Webb, at lwebb@ch.utah.gov before the start of the meeting .
