PUBLIC HEARING LEVYING CONTRACT ASSESSMENTS In conformance with the requirements of Section 17B-2a-1007(8)(a) of UCA, the Board of Trustees of Roy Water Conservancy District, will, on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at 5440 Freeway Park Drive, Riverdale, Utah, 84405, convene a public hearing pursuant to notice in conformance with the requirements of the Act, for the purpose of considering objections to the Class D Assessments levied by the District previous to April 30, 2007, as validated pursuant to the provisions of Section 17B-2a-1007(9) of the Act, and all Contract Assessments levied by the District since that date, for lands in Weber County, a part of Sections 1, 2, 3, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 24, in Township 5 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, U.S. Survey, containing 5,731(+/-) acres, excluding therefrom all Phases of Aland of Honey Subdivision and Foxglen Subdivision Phases 15 through 21, Roy City, Weber County, Utah. The names of the owners of record as of June 18, 2026, of the lands so assessed, a particular description of each tract of land so assessed, and the dollar amount of assessment thereon is of record in the general office of the Roy Water Conservancy District and may there be examined by any interested party. Attention is particularly called to the fact that the assessments as made do and will constitute a lien upon the lands to which the water covered thereby has been allotted, notwithstanding that the Petitioner may since the filing of this petition have sold some or all of the land for which water was petitioned and allotted.
