NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER HARRISVILLE ORDINANCE 569 AMENDMENTS TO HARRISVILLE CITY CODE TITLE 11 CHAPTER 9 AND TITLE 11 CHAPTER 20.
In accordance with Utah Code ยง10-20-204, the Harrisville City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 7:00 PM, at the Harrisville City Hall located at 363 West Independence Blvd, Harrisville, Utah 84404. Harrisville City intends to adopt Ordinance 569 Amendments to Harrisville City Code 11.09.020 Main Building Development Standards, 11.09.040 Parking Regulations, and 11.20.260 Accessory Dwelling Units. All interested persons in attendance shall be given an opportunity to be heard, and may provide comments, for and/or against Harrisville Ordinance 569. The changes will have citywide applicability.
Affected entities and the public are encouraged to provide information to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing the amendments.
