The Planning and Zoning Commission of Delta, Utah will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at the Delta City Municipal Complex located at 76 N 200 W in Delta, Utah, that will begin promptly at 6:45 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive and consider public comment regarding the proposed rezoning of the following real property: Common Reference: East of 705 W Main Street, Delta, Utah FULL LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Parcel Number D-4176-2-1 Legal BEGINNING AT A POINT SOUTH 89°07'45' EAST, 1657.57 FEET ALONG THE QUARTER SECTION LINE AND SOUTH 01°02'35' WEST 320.00 FEET FROM THE WEST QUARTER CORNER OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 17 SOUTH, RANGE 7 WEST, SALT LAKE BASE AND MERIDIAN; THENCE SOUTH 89°07'45' EAST, 195.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 01°02'35' EAST, 290.53 FEET TO THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF U.S. HIGHWAY 6 & 50; THENCE ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF- WAY LINE SOUTH 88°49'34' EAST, 220.00 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 01°02'35' WEST 581.74 FEET TO THE NORTHWESTERLY RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE; THENCE ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF- WAY LINE SOUTH 30°15'57' WEST, 820.73 FEET TO THE 1/16? SECTION LINE; THENCE ALONG SAID 1/16? SECTION LINE NORTH 89°05'15' WEST 14.31 FEET; THENCE NORTH 01°02'35' EAST, 1007.43 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING Acres 7.87 Proposed zone change is from combined Residential and Agriculture to Highway Commercial (HC) Zone.
