- Public Notice of a Board of Directors' Meeting of Utah Municipal Power Agency Pursuant to the terms and provisions of Section 52-4-202 of the Open and Public Meeting Law of the State of Utah, contained in Title 52, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, Utah Municipal Power Agency ('UMPA'), a political subdivision of the State of Utah, hereby gives notice of the Meeting of the Board of Directors which shall be open to the public, to be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 6:00 pm at the UMPA office, 696 West 100 South, Spanish Fork, Utah. 1. Consider the minutes of the March 19, 2026, UMPA Board of Directors meeting. 2. Technical Committee Recommendations 3. 2026 Project Financing and Bond Refunding 4. Resolution No. 26-4-29: Consider adoption of a third supplemental resolution authorizing the issuance of power supply system revenue and refunding bonds in a principal amount not to exceed $220 million to finance the Nephi Energy Park and the refunding of some or all of the Agency's outstanding bonds; authorizing the execution and delivery of certain agreements in connection with the bonds; delegating authority to certain officer to approve the final terms of the bonds and the agreements; and related matters. 5. FY 2027 Preliminary Budget Update 6. Manager's Report 7. Operations Report 8. Financial & Statistical Report 9. Closed Session 10. Other Business: a.
